      Good company to work for, but...

      Pros

      Okay salary, stable work, semi-flexible starting hours, every 6 months bonuses.

      Cons

      Limited progression in jobs because of management staying in jobs. Performance output is not rewarded in bonuses however is linked to profit margins of the branch.

      Pay goes in every week

      Cons

      “Culture” is like a cult. Better have a university degree or you have no upward movement. Be used to hearing “we’re adding this new task it will only take 5 minutes to complete every week”. It always take more than that Unless you work for a plumbing store you will not make bonuses. Employees are upset, management believes that more online training will fix it.

      Some of the people and connections you can make with other team members is amazing.

      Cons

      Management and Leaders don’t listen. They disregard anything you say as they’re just looking out for themselves. Micromanaging, Workplace bullying and verging to sexual harassment by my 2IC. Other Team members will also throw you under the bus to reach higher roles for themselves.
