99% of the people that you work with are fantastic, really good genuine people who want the best for you.
Cons
Management like to bully staff and get away with it. They've been in the roles for 10+years and see it as a strength, all they've done in that 10 years is find ways to bully team members without getting caught. Senior management arent much better and this issue is systematic throughout the business. Its a boys club through and through with no real desire to change. They know how to talk the talk and thats what saves them but the reality is, they need a complete overall on senior staff. A comprehensive review on training, ironically the capabilities team are some of the best ive encountered BUT I would suggest they arent able to make change because of leadership. They promote values that are easy to buy in to but as soon as your seen as "not buying in" theres no place for you in the company. Don't work here if you want feedback, you wont be given it. If you are, it'll be so complicated and convoluted that you wont be able to establish what the feedback actually is usually its that your not relying on your manager to hold your hand in every task. They promote "family" culture but they dont mention that just means nepotism at its finest. Honestly I dont have anything nice to say.
