Pros

Good banter and assistance amoung coleauges, can move around Australia to different Reece stores if you choose to, good product discounts if you ever have time to think about yourself.

Cons

Fast pace, high stress at times, exhausting work when short staffed or super busy. Not much pay for all the work done.

Great values, structure and processes are easy to follow

Cons

Pretty much want you to run every aspect of the branch and manage a team and drive sales and work 10 hour days and every second Saturday.
