Cons

Dictator like leadership and upper administration gives little care towards student development and growth. While benefits are good, salaries do not reflect current cost of living for Portland.

Great people to work with outside of management

Cons

Facilities is incompetent at best they have a condensing altitude and they out right gas light any one below them. It is a great example of who you know and not what you know with promotion opportunities. And the pay is well below to identical positions at other institutions.

Wonderful coworkers, intellectual environment, beautiful campus.

Cons

Staff are looked down upon, yet expected to give more than their all. In 2020 we were all warned that payroll was the biggest expense. Vacant roles haven't been filled, and long-term employees are regarded as expensive.
