Pros
Some really talented artists on the floor in every department who are passionate about their work and will do just about anything they can to make stuff look good.
Cons
Management is horrible. Kyle Clark and Steve O'brien will run this place to the ground. No offense personally, but they don't have the know-how to run an animation studio successfully. They should step down and bring in some experience ...however... they tried that a few years ago but it failed miserably. They do not want to relinquish control or admit they can't do things properly. There are no films coming. There is nothing in their backlog that has a remote chance of getting made, at least not in Dallas. Pretty soon, they'll be down to an even smaller crew... 6 layoffs in the past year? Don't let them fool you if they change names of the company either. They've tried to do that too. If you're a canadian, try to avoid working under this management via their remote studio they are trying to build for canadian film incentives. You'll have the same disrespect as an artist as the Dallas folks get. Advice to the people that still work there: Look for another job. It sucks that you will most likely have to move, but it's the best thing that will happen to you. Go be free of the lack of direction, lack of vision, and lack of a company that cares about you. You are all my friends, and I will work with every one of you again - just not under this management. Advice to people looking for a job: Look elsewhere.
