It's a small studio, struggling to find success so you won't find a great many comforts but you get the basics: insurance, fair enough vacation time...sick time is tricky but it is present, occasional OT meals depending on the project, very minimal comp time...hardly ever. Copious amounts of unpaid OT, largely due to unpredictable work, low profit margins but in many cases also a mismanagement thing as well as a by-product of the Texas pro-business culture. Salaries can be inconsistent...something they've tried to address but come up short due to studio circumstances.

Top management only cares about themselves and their 'bro-culture'. Terrible creative decisions which has made the company struggle to stay afloat causing repeated rounds of layoffs for artists.. Outsourcing to Canada is their new 'idea' on how to make the company profitable. They try to do Pixar/Disney level quality with 20% of the budget and only end up hurting the artists Communication is non-existent
