      Pros

      Great coworkers and good snack choices in the pantry.

      Cons

      Management here is TERRIBLE. Not only do they have no idea what they are doing and overwork the most talented people but I happen to know a couple of gals who were seriously sexually harassed but felt they couldn't come forward because of the person doing the harassment. Stay away from this place. It looks fun from the outside but the environment inside is poisonous.

      employees are great, it's like a family.

      Cons

      management needs a reality check. there is no direction from the top on what this company wants to do. no one trusts management to make any correct decisions, and hence we have a high turnover rate. would not recommend any friends to work here.

      Nice people. Fun location in Dallas

      Stale, crappy work, or no work. No leadership. No mentoring. No growth. Total freeze on raises. No solid vision as a company. Overall frustration among all employees. Really hoping this all changes soon.
