Pros

More hires in HR and management make for more staff available for artists. Better focus by management on artists. Willingness to change that goes beyond town halls. Effort in retaining and building a core crew. Effort in providing upward mobility.

Cons

Major technological hurdles need to be solved. Relationship between two sites are strained in some areas. Not enough emphasis on training. Very junior management staff. Some departments are very clique-y. Cross-site management is difficult.
