      Great people, lots to learn, good and bad, certain managers had lots to share and teach

      Cons

      Major disconnect between field operations side of the company and the senior management. Many of the managers have little to no field experience and that shows in the decisions they make for the workers.

      Asked to do to much work for one man to often. Family comes 2nd.
