Management is lacking competence, like to play pass the buck on the totem poll, I was let go for missing days that were granted to me mind you, I went through being homeless to me finding my own sister deceased all in a month also was having vehicle problems as well but always stayed on touch with. My foreman who probably was the only decent person there
