Pros
The company does cutting edge science in the oncology space which is exciting and is a flexible startup. Most team members are able to work remote depending on role. There is a large allotment of PTO and sick time for employees when they start and top notch health benefits which are comparable to a public institution. Able to take off with my kids when they are sick. Above market salary rates for Denver.
Cons
Sometimes we can move slower than we would like because we have investors to keep informed.
