I noticed some planted reviews so I wanted to share my experience, which was largely negative.
Reflektion has 3 big problems:
-Inept management (COO was laughably bad across the board)
-Customer churn (mediocre, borderline fraudulent "tech")
-Employee retention (see first two)
I'd highly advise you to do your research if you're considering working at Reflektion, especially if it's sales. The sales team turned over 3 times in less than 4 years and they currently have former reps trying to sue them.
Find former employees and send them a note, I'm sure any of them would be happy to share their likely terrible experience.
