As I mentioned before, the company is weeding out bad apples. By this, I mean people who have a sense of entitlement or who think that because the company is a close knit company, that they can somehow change their own jobs just because they are bored with whatever role they are doing. This company is always open to growth and career advancement, but it has to make sense for the company as well as the individual. I've never worked in an environment where people felt they had the right to scream at other team members, including the CEO, because they don't like decisions that are being made. As I said, those few people didn't last very long, thankfully. Things seem a lot calmer now that the drama birds are no longer tainting the environment.
