Definitely a team environment. Open concept office only helps with this. sometimes stressful but working with the team to get it done is rewarding. Feels like one big family.

I just hit my 5 month anniversary with Refloor and I am so excited! They are very supportive and compensate well. Growing so much and there are so many opportunities I can not wait to see where it goes.
