Pros

Nice people, good work, busy but fun. free soda and cheap drinks. you will learn a lot. if you value hard work, this is for you.

Cons

hectic, different shifts (day, evening and night), it's an inconvenient place, you need a car to get there. people are always coming in the lab to hang out, it's fun but distracting.

Latest technology, full training , lots of different job roles , biggest soft drinks producers in England, good rates of pay higher then average

Cons

Performance reviews can be hard if you don't work hard in a team it's all about teamwork if you don't perform you can be moved or lose money

Pros

Fantastic shift patterns and a fabulous salary for factory work. A modern state of the art manufacturing facility. A core set of company values that give direction and ambition for all to strive to.

Cons

Rudderless management that constantly seems to go around in circles as is evident at the moment within the factory as the departments begin to return to a 3 shift working pattern and renaming of jobs taking the business backwards some ten years. There is very little opportunity to enhance personal growth within the company and it is entrenched in its old ways of doing things rather than striving forwards as the modern day market continues to do.
