      Pros

      Days Off. Pay is decent.

      Cons

      Machines are old so they constantly break down. A lot of disorganization. Employees do multiple jobs and have to go through hoops for compensation.

      The fellow employee's. Free drinks at work. All the overtime you can handle.

      Cons

      Some of the manufacturing equipment was older than the employees. Facility not temperature or humidity controlled. No communication from the front office. High turnover rate. Mandatory overtime on most Saturdays. Only one week vacation during first year.
