The automation used to fill cans is really, really neat. The frontline staff at the facility care deeply about their work.

Cons

Very poorly managed with a Plant Manager struggling in the role. Poorly managed production schedule forcing employees to work 6 days a week even though they are scheduled 3, 12 hour shifts per week.
