If you like pressure and the constant feeling of not doing well than this is the place for you. I am a very hard worker and even I was made to feel like I was inept at my job. Everyone on the team had to much on their plates and the management made you feel small when you asked questions and wondered why you didn't reach out for help when you truly needed it. The upper management and executives NEVER talked to us or engaged with the team. It made you hate your job. The division between different depts was no different.

often times more than 40 hours a week, sometimes 60 hours in 5 days, sometimes spread over 7 days. there is no care for morale and it affects production.
