Machines are old and break down constantly, there not making any money so there’s no job security, if management don’t like you, it doesn’t matter if your a good worker they’ll find a way to fire you, and they always “lose” your certification paperwork in order to get a raise and work on other machines, and they’ll keep putting you on the machine without paying you
