Very weird atmosphere on the finance department, negative and political. Lots of ppl leave within a year. Worst place I ever worked.

Management was terrible, constantly changing the salary and shift patterns to be worse than what was in our signed contracts. When reminded they can't do that they just told everyone to leave then.

Decent salary for the colleagues who are there for long period of time. Those who have old contracts. Management trying new things like employee of the month, free chocolate for Christmas, Easter and chocolate day, and soon will hold an family day.

Cons

Bad wage for new starters, also compared to the soft drinks production business the wage is very low. Working hours 12 hours 3 days. 3 days off, 12 hours nights 3 days, 3 days off. Old machines constantly braking down. Stressing environment and not appreciated.
