The HR team failed to provide the necessary level of support for employees. Additionally, there was a lack of consistency in policies across departments. While some departments were allowed to work hybrid schedules, others were not, leading to widespread dissatisfaction among employees. The lack of fairness and support made for a very frustrating and demotivating work environment.
