Pros

flexible hours with early mornings or late nights, fun environment

Cons

benefits only for full timers, manager pay scale not nearly enough for the extra work they do vs regular staff and team leads. Not much room to grow unless willing to wait a decade or move away.

Pros

Occasional, conditional free movies, free popcorn, free soda

Cons

Your fellow employees MIGHT care about you, but the company does not value you at all and even if you have a sympathetic manager, there's little they can do in the face of corporate.

Pros

Free movies discounted concessions items flexible schedule

Cons

Pay increases rarely happen and when they do, you get very minimal. Promotions are hard to come by and they do not always choose the most qualified but rather those willing to conform.
