very very hot in summer , racism , very bad pay for the job, no good comunication between bosses and employees , resstrooms for the employess the worst , no improvments at all, they make more money and the employees work in very bad conditions, no use of the logic...work here but no forever...

Bonus around Christmas time,some employees are nice, Benefits are very good

Management talks down to you (harsh) can care less about you...all they're wondering about is hitting numbers and getting the product push out regardless if it is a finished product or not...pay is low, very hot inside the buildings in the summer. Need to appreciate their employees better/ more
