Flexible Scheduling clean environment to work in Open shifts are common

Schedule for the month is released very last minute. Very money motivated at times and if it wasn’t the case better care could be given to residents.

Poor management, supervisors sitting around not doing their job, poor pay. Forced to get vaccine or you were let go

We are so sorry Regency Oaks did not provide a positive working experience for you and that you felt there was little support from Supervisors. We are currently conducting 30/60/90 Day Check-Ins from hire date to catch any of those issues early. Also - Regency Oaks does not require COVID-19 vaccination for employment any longer.
