just wanted to take a moment to reflect on my onboarding and orientation journey here at Regency Oaks.. Let's start at the beginning shall we.I filled out and submitted my application to human resources.I was emailed by Hr Director to set up a phone interview.The phone interview with Dawn was professional and pleasant. With an easy comfortable flow.After that I met with Bernie.Immediately I felt a warm and caring vibe in her presence. I was hired and scheduled for the three days of orientation which I thought would be tedious. It turned out to be delightful and moved at a steady pace. Leila is a consummate professional. She navigated the orientation with surgical precision.She ROCKS. Thank you to everyone for your professionalism and kindness towards me during my onboarding and orientation journey.
