Pros

The people who work at Regeneron are some of the kindest, smartest, friendliest, and fun that I have known. I worked for a really wonderful company in my late 20s-early 30s and never thought I'd find another that could even compare, but they do. And they may even be better. My experience to date has been overwhelmingly good and I expect I'll stay with Regeneron until retirement, as long as they'll have me.

Cons

I have yet to experience anything that I would consider a con. I get less vacation time than at my former job, but I had been there for more than 5 years. And on the flip side, at my old job, I NEEDED more vacation time. My days spent working at Regeneron are enjoyable enough that I don't feel like I'm even working.

Pros

Great group of people who work hard and get along with no sense of competition. Great benefits.

Cons

Lack of communication from senior management about promotions and compensation, and a lot of bureaucracy is stifling innovative technology and thought. Also, some managers have been promoted up because of seniority without being taught how to be lead/manage.

Pros

Great benefits, nice co-workers, good pay.

Cons

Lack of communication among departments, management needs to communicate more between each other and with their employees. Way too much paperwork for small changes. No organization when it comes to training schedule or what you are supposed to be focusing on. Not a lot of help learning how to do things.
