Some management are racists. Higher level management made bad decisions about the management that would be underneath them and can’t move them despite many finding issues with them. Favoritism.
Career Development system is vague to allow for management to choose their favorites. Moving targets.
They take advantage of a bunch of 23 yr olds happy to be out and in the work force. Make them feel like the company is ripe with opportunity while they have no intentions of moving them up, or investing in them.
A revolving door.
The new D&I spheal is a smokescreen, middle management does NOT care.
