Very flexible, very worker-oriented and the work culture is a positive one. It may seem strict at first but there is so much respect for one another. Everyone from lab workers to warehouse operatives seems cut from the same cloth in that respect. The turnover of talent isn't high, which suggests that the company really want to retain their talent. The company have responded to employee feedback in the past (such as minimising the break hour to a half-hour so workers could leave earlier). The

Cons

The 12.5 hour shift is a bit difficult if you commute to avoid the area lockdown. Some aspects of the COVID controls seem excessive.

Smart people. That's the only good side.

Cons

1. Most of the original members left the company because of the politics and favoritism. You want promotion? don't forget about the favoritism. 2. RGC is really bad at keeping smart people. One example, someone with a mid level title -> lead level -> Sr manager. Mid level to Senior manager in 3 years (Skipped at least 3 level). Another person had a senior level title -> Associate Director title in 3 years. Fast and furious promotion with favoritism. Regular member? Sorry, no promotion for you. They will hire someone from outside.
