Pros

Benefits aren't bad, especially health insurance.

Cons

The culture was very toxic in my opinion. Pushed to work very long hours for below average pay. Hours are glorified and rewarded with ice cream trucks and BBQs at work instead of encouraging a healthy work/life balance and increased pay. Clinical MFG department is a very young department and management has very little experience with actually managing people. They will make it very difficult for you to switch to better departments (especially if you want to switch to research in Tarrytown).

Pros

One of the most socially responsible companies in biotech Great benefits Actively helping with the COVID effort, both through pipeline and donation of testing supplies Robust safety and integrity standards

Cons

Growing pains are evident; company still thinks it's a start-up even though it's not Management competency and willingness to listen is highly variable across the company, especially in the middle Communication between global business sites is stifled by office politics to a certain extent and can interfere with the capacity to carry out required job functions
