this place is a joke with too much money to waste... rampant favoritism, consistent attempts by management to micromanage and make up for incompetency, and lack of trust and transparency. when it comes to doing the work: there is compliance, then there is regeneron-style compliance which enforces way too many silly, over-the-top rules to over complicate even menial tasks. everything little bump in a project becomes a huge deal and is blown way out of proportion... completing minor things require some massive undertakings. despite what they claim, this is not progressive at all, but regeneron has tons of cash to shell out so they can continue down this path for now... very interested in seeing the fallout
