Pros
pay stock options Benefits package innovation and ideas are rewarded upper management seeks to learn and improve working conditions (although they're already great) inclusive environment colleagues push for improvement and discovery which fuels you to want to do the same work-life balance
Cons
It isn't transparent what career advancement or development opportunities are available, or how to strive to achieve them. There's a void between new employees and tenured employees with regards to HR information, new opportunities, improvements, etc. Just information the older employees would like to have and/or the newer employees would like to learn about.
