      Pros

      Opportunities for advancement, fair compensation, growing company even in a down economy, very capable and trustworthy management team which reacts quickly but intelligently to changes in marketplace, very welcoming of new ideas.

      Cons

      Still going through some growing pains with new management and new growth objectives, especially on the operations side. HQ is sometimes very disconnected from field operations, although that is getting much better.
