Pros

Regions has made some great hires in their corporate bank over the years, and is growing well. Large bank, but doesn't necessarily feel like it. Compensation is competitive and all the people I've worked with were honest and friendly

Cons

Being a large company there is some bureaucracy to deal with, but not above average. Company is growing well but still obviously is not top tier, but maybe they're just in the right place
