I could name a million reasons not to work here. Where should I begin? Let see, upper management doesn't care about you. They have a "what have you done for me lately?" mentality. You never really have a set schedule if you work in an actual branch. You work as early as 7am and as late as 7:30 pm. Should I mention the call nights? Lets not forget that you're also going to work on Saturdays. Also, you're alway worried about losing your job if you don't make sales goals.

Have to say customers name 3 times and tell them ours''name plate---name badge and they are in the bank daily. Goals too high, we see same people and they don't need any more products. Like a 3 ring circus some days
