      Great schedule. Most branches close at 4:00 or 5:00 p.m.

      Cons

      Mom and pop bank. Operations/Compliance is ridiculous. Technology is non-existent.

      -mindless work -goal oriented and you are told where you stand at all times -get to interact with interesting people

      Cons

      -goals pop up out of nowhere sometimes and aren't fully explained -won't get noticed unless you blow a goal out of the water -easy to get lost in the sea of employees

      Over worked staff, long teller lines, every department is short staffed, lots of errors made by staff, limited training, employees are not knowledgeable. Poor technology due to resources.
