The amount of time off was decent Pay was decent compared to some other banks The training programs/classes/website was easy to navigate

The backoffice operations department lacked customer service skills Confusing Mainframe and Computer Systems Upper Management has hurt reputation in the Banking World

great learning experience and good place to move up if youre a hard worker. people are exremely nice with great attitudes.

Cons

pay may be a little bit lower then bigger banks, but it will be less busy and demanding. great place!
