Pros

It is a good place to learn standard bank operating procedures and government standards for banking. It is a good place to learn cash handling and basic teller functionality. It is a large bank, but still has the feel of a small community bank.

Cons

It is very difficult to transfer or to advance from your current position. Current bank fees are high and customer dissatisfaction is becoming greater as fees increase, making it even harder to reach sales quotas.

Pros

Local management and work atmosphere; decent bonuses if you are able to exceed your goals; flexible work schedule as long as meeting goals

Cons

Corporate executives seem to have a lack of concern for their employees. Seem to be very focused on making money for themselves while cutting out perks and cutting bonuses for staff that actually produces businesses. Lack of communication on where the company it going.
