Hours, Vacation and sick time

Cons

Product pushers, extremely aggressive culture and clueless management. The are currently under a hiring freeze and have stopped matching the 401k.

Pros

The size of the bank makes it a great Regional Bank to work for. The pay and benefits beat out any local community bank hands down.

Cons

Sales pressure from upper management is relentless! To the point that it's actually stagnating. I'm all about "do more with less," but Regions takes it to a new level.
