Pros

Regions really cares about you as a employee and a person. You are more than a payroll number to the company. Excellent benefits. Model employer for work life balance

Cons

Like any new job it can seem overwhelming if you try to rush the process. Trust the training and don`t try to over do it to quick. Regions wants you to take your time.

Pros

Primarily Remote / Hybrid environment 1x per year annual onsite summit Great software and processes for hiring Top Talent

Cons

Salary- once you're hired expect the annual 2-3% increase and nothing more, even promotions have limits on how much you can receive in a raise comparable to your current salary earned. The workload is often heavy, and metrics are extremely important for measuring performance.

Pros

Strong culture and network of coworkers

Cons

Product mix is too conservative for today's mortgage environment and processing too slow as well as systems to antiquated to compete against todays competition.
