Low pay, awful benefits, lots of special treatment due to relatives in company, management does not want to deal with anything and be actual managers. Management spoke so sickening about the you, the team and the company daily which caused a stressful. Every time you get up management gazed at you and temporarily paused whispering about you. Cult Environment, bigot, Bullying , harassment, gas lighting, belittling, lies , manipulation, controlling, high school environment due to management doing nothing but sitting at their desk or constantly away from their desk, gossiping about everyone 9 hours a day doing nothing for 2 years straight. relationship managers a known bully and no one does anything about it but warn you to prepare for disgusting behavior. management didn’t care about anything but a bonus check. They do not help you thrive, no help trying to move around the company. They use you and take credit for your work, meanwhile they did nothing but sit at there desk eating and scrolling on social media. If you report anything , it will go against you. personal items were stolen from desk. Those people are miserable in life.
