      If your passion is to advise, educate, and grow the minds of new associates, the duties, and responsibilities of the position are a perfect match. A very fulfilling opportunity.

      Cons

      Growing and learning in this position is capped. Achieving the management level was never an internal opportunity consideration. L&D management was sourced from other banking departments. Those individuals lacked the understanding and management of an L&D Team. A major disconnect.

      training is chaotic, don’t seem to know how to give their employees the correct route for success. scripting and robotic like conversations are required.

      The laid back environment is cool. Not much

      You might end up working under management who can’t do the job themselves or just dont know anything You will be overlooked for positions regardless of how long you’ve worked there. They have no problem promoting people because of who they know rather than experience. They will lie to cover their own behind. If you like working as a sheep and kissing butt all day then this is the place for you.
