      Good company culture, most people are trying to do the right thing. Pay is fair or better for the market,

      Cons

      Each department is run differently. Unfortunately, my department promotes toxic employees and allows an environment of mistrust and bullying. Additionally on a different note, tuition reimbursement is available for only a small number of employees. This doesn’t promote a “learn and grow” environment.
