      Pros

      It's a "new" company formed out of a divestiture. So there are some complaints and regrets in regards to this. However in the time I have been there it has shown promise. There is good support from the upper management and many of them have been around for years.

      As I mentioned it is a company under new ownership. so the morale is low.

      Pros

      Great people, interesting work, good pay and benefits while it lasted.

      Cons

      Mass lay offs without any notice two weeks before Christmas with pitiful severance packages. No care for employees on work visas who had very little time to find a new job before facing deportation. Completely shameless penny pinching for a company backed by a gigantic private equity firm.

      the pay is decent, good shift premiums

      Cons

      must be on the good side of management management is getting too militaristic, everything has to exactly perfect or will get written up hours for the past year were way too inconsistent
