      Decent pay, good benefits, overtime, closeness with coworkers

      Cons

      Too much overtime, Treated poorly, talked down to, supervisors and management is buddy buddy with HR(so don’t file complaints) issues will not get resolved, retaliation, preach development and advancement but don’t practice it, preach quality but not when it holds up production numbers, point system is terrible
