In general there is amazing work life balance here. There are some opportunities to move up but they are infrequent.

Cons

Don't expect the highest pay but there is massive trade-offs for how well they treat employees.

I have no complaints regarding the culture of the firm - absolutely incredible people and you WILL NOT find a place that offers more flexibility and freedom when it comes to the direction of your job, your personal schedule, everything. When they say they “Put People First”, they truly, truly mean it.

Cons

It is a “smaller” firm, and the pay will match that in some positions.

Ran strictly by accountants. You'll always be a line item.

Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. As you can imagine, there are many decisions that leaders (on both sides of a merger) are required to make in order to make it a mutually attractive endeavor. Although benefits may be different than your prior firm, there were also new benefits that were introduced from the Rehmann benefit program. Our goal in any business combination is to make each associate at least "whole".
