Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We're glad to hear that you have enjoyed getting to know your colleagues and that our company sponsored events have deepened those relationships! Although we strive to provide a tremendously flexible environment (including remote and hybrid arrangements), we understand that all roles cannot offer quite as much and require in-person and more defined hours. We're hopeful that you still felt our commitment to you having work/life integration. We benchmark often on our benefit offerings, including our PTO program, and feel that they are competitive. We sorry to hear that you didn't feel that it met your needs. With the addition of offering the week of July 4th off as holiday pay, we are excited that we can increase the amount of time that our associates can enjoy outside of work in the years ahead.
