Thank you for taking the time to write this review. It was amazing to have the entire week of 4th of July off as paid holidays, wasn't it? It is wonderful to work for a firm that Puts People First and knows the importance of unplugging, recharging our batteries and spending time with family & friends! Although the workload can feel high during busier seasons, we're hopeful that you found that our culture is built around flexibility and work/life integration, as we strive to nurture an environment where all associates are able to be successful at work and at home! It's wonderful to truly know our fellow associates personally and not just the work that they do. Although difficult scenarios (drama) can impact everyone in an office, we often don't know the whole story unless we're in it. Unfortunately, our talented office managers sometimes find themselves doing the heavy lifting to resolve those situations.
