- Good place to start a career - Opportunity to work on wide variety of clients - Chance to do a ton of work right off the bat - Great co-workers (for the most part)

Cons

- Tough to work as a remote employee - Low level employees are overworked - Company touts hybrid workplace, but leadership gives opportunities to those who get face time - Reingold never figured out hybrid model and is now behind the curve
