Pros
The people are very nice here and I like working with a lot of my coworkers. The work can be fun at times as well if you end up on a good contract.
Cons
Promotions are basically a popularity contest. There are no real benchmarks you need to meet to be promoted so it's just a crap shoot. Leadership spends hours trying to find everything wrong with what you are doing instead of rewarding you for doing something right. Everyone in leadership is not in their positions because of merit but because they happened to be with the company during the "good old days" (newsflash partners, its 2023 not 2003). You will be burnt out, undervalued, and actively undermined. Just apply somewhere else.
