The people, the atmosphere, the clients, social workplace which can ease the long hours

Cons

Expected to work at lest 50 hours a week, advancement seems to come much quicker to those who are well liked by senior leadership, job training when you first start is minimal, low pay for the area and amount of work

Great people, potential for interesting clients, and a great potential for mentorship if you put in the effort.

Cons

Work-life balance isn't the best (not much vacation time and there's so much work, you feel guilty for taking any), some clients don't seem to reflect our values.

-Normal growing pains, like disseminating information, providing context, balancing between processes vs specific approaches per projects, department silo-ing, etc. although management is actively pursuing fixes
